This beautiful tri colour Baltic amber ring is set in sterling silver. The jeweller has carefully crafted four interesting shaped cabochon amber pieces into a twisted ribbon design. Each cabochon amber piece has a distinct colour and has been fashioned into various shapes. There are two tear shaped pieces, one being a lovely and rich dark forest green, and the other bearing a warm and earthy orange/brown hue. The other two honey-hue pieces are shaped into a square and an oval. The shank of the ring is connected at the base of the finger, and is split into four pieces, each band ending with its own amber piece in the ring head. I love the combination of the various coloured amber pieces - the colours complement, as well as enhance each other perfectly! Its handcrafted -an unusual piece!
The amber comes from Poland. The ring will be accompanied by a little certificate of authenticity and origin.
Amber is one of the birthstones for the zodiac sign of Taurus, and is known for its protective qualities that balance the emotions, clear the mind and release negative energy.
