Key Benefits

  • Direct replacement rear brake disc for the Suzuki Swift Sport ZC33S 1.4T K14C - matches factory specification with no modification required.
  • Coated finish protects the disc from corrosion during shipping, storage, and use - reduces the rust ring that forms on uncoated discs in humid conditions or after wash-and-park cycles.
  • Cross-referenced to Suzuki OE 55611-68R00 covering the Swift Sport ZC33S production run.
  • Solid (non-vented) construction matches the factory rear disc specification for the Swift Sport's relatively light rear braking duty.

Fitment Notes

  • This rear brake disc is Swift Sport-specific. Standard Suzuki Swift V variants (1.0 Boosterjet, 1.2, naturally aspirated, hybrid) have different rear brake hardware - some use smaller discs and some use rear drum brakes. Verify your vehicle is the Sport (ZC33S, K14C engine) before ordering.
  • The Swift Sport ZC33S launched in SA in 2018 as the third-generation Swift Sport, replacing the Swift Sport ZC32S. The 1.4 Boosterjet K14C engine and 252 mm rear disc specification are unique to this hot-hatch variant.
  • Always verify the engine code (K14C, or K14D for SHVS hybrid) on the cylinder block before ordering. The engine code is also listed on the vehicle placard.
  • Brake discs should be replaced as a pair across the same axle. A worn disc on one side means the paired disc on the other side is at a similar wear stage. Order 2 units of MAP-100326 for a full rear axle disc replacement.
  • Always replace brake pads at the same time as brake discs - new pads on a worn disc (or worn pads on a new disc) cause uneven wear, reduced braking performance, and short service life. Replacement brake pads are sold separately.
Brake Safety - Important Replacement Information
  • Brake work is safety-critical. If you are not experienced with hydraulic brake repair and rotor replacement, have this work done by a qualified workshop. Incorrect installation can cause brake failure.
  • Always replace brake discs as an axle pair. Fitting a new disc on one side and leaving a worn disc on the other side causes uneven braking force, pull under braking, and accelerated wear of both new and worn components.
  • Always replace brake pads at the same time as brake discs. New pads on a worn disc surface, or worn pads on a fresh disc, will not bed in correctly and will cause noise, vibration, and reduced braking performance.
  • Inspect the rear brake calipers, caliper sliders, and pad retaining clips during disc replacement. Worn or seized caliper components will damage new pads and discs quickly.
  • Clean the new disc thoroughly with brake cleaner before fitting - shipping coatings and oils must be removed from the friction surface to allow proper bedding-in. Do not get brake cleaner on the disc hub mounting face if it has anti-corrosion coating you want to preserve.
  • Torque the wheel hub mounting bolts (if removed) and the wheel nuts to Suzuki workshop specification in the correct sequence.
  • After installation, bed the new pads and discs in correctly. The standard procedure is 6-8 medium-pressure stops from approximately 80 km/h to 30 km/h, with cool-down driving between each stop. Avoid hard stops or holding the brake pedal at a complete stop until the discs have cooled - this can cause uneven pad material transfer and brake judder.
  • Test drive at low speed in a safe area before driving on public roads. Confirm the vehicle stops straight, brake pedal feels firm, and there are no unusual noises.
