Returns, exchange and refund:

The hair must be sealed in origional packaging, must not be worn, used, smell of perfume or smoke to qualify for exchange/return/refund.
please dont bother sending used hair back, it will not be accepted under any circumstances.
refunds are subject to 25% handling fee which is charged by the supplier. Postage is not refundable. once the item has arrived and checked, then refund/exchange will be issued.
