I am starting a home based clothing/jewelry store for which I need a total of R15 000.  The first R10 000 I will supply.

 

The oppertunity exists for short term investors (12 months) for the other R5000.

The investor will decide how much he is willing to invest.  (Maximum investments must not exceed R5000)

 

In return the invester will receive the following:

          -  15% interest

          -  Pro-rata % of nett profit for the year of the investment (payable with last

             repayment

 

The pro-rata % will be calculated as follows:

Investment / R15 000 x nett Profit.

Investors will receive a monthly income statement to check the profits.
