Lightbulb charges as you use it like normal. Once there is a power failure, the light bulb can still be switched on/off by use of normal lightswitch, and lasts for about 4-5 hours. If power failure continues for longer than that, simply have some extra charges batteries nearby to change with fresh ones. Available in bionette and screw type. Please specify.
