Installation and adaptation
- Installation should be completed by a technician experienced with DQ200 dry-clutch gearboxes.
- Use the correct special tools and follow the transmission manufacturer's measurement and setup procedure.
- Clutch clearances and shim selection must be measured correctly; do not assume the removed shims can be reused.
- Inspect the dual-mass flywheel, release mechanism/forks, bearings, input-shaft seals and gearbox for related faults before fitting.
