Installation and adaptation
- Professional installation by a technician experienced with DQ200 dry-clutch gearboxes is required.
- Use the correct special tools and follow the applicable measurement and setup procedure.
- Measure clutch clearances and select the correct shims; do not assume existing shims are suitable.
- Inspect the dual-mass flywheel, release mechanism/forks, bearings, input-shaft seals, mechatronic and gearbox for related faults.
- Complete the prescribed basic settings, clutch adaptation and road test with suitable diagnostic equipment.
