This plane is advertised as having 23 cutters.  Including the slitting cutter, there are only 22.

With our current Postal strikes being on and off as they wish, an alternate method of

postage on this would cost R120-00 via Postnet.  Please make sure that there is a

Postnet near you if you decide to go this route.  I have found their service good.

Please understand that although the Post Office is a more economical option, I will not

gaurantee safe delivery at all on this item.
