Our Red Sorghum is not genetically modified and supplied unwashed, unsoaked and unsterilised.
Sorghum is one of many grains that is used as a transfer medium for making grain spawn. It needs to be prepared (by those buying it and wishing to make grain spawn) by washing, soaking (in Gypsum) and sterilising in an autoclave patch bag using autoclave tape (as an indicator that pressure has been reached) and a pressure cooker.
