Due to hygienic reasons, no exchanges are allowed.

 Your parcel will be posted within 2 to 5 working days from when payment is received, provided that the item/s ordered are in stock as stock on hand changes daily. If an item is not in stock upon placing your order, we will notify you of the extended delivery time.

Once the parcel is posted you will be emailed your tracking number.

Postage usually takes between 3 - 7 days. We post from Johannesburg to anywhere in South Africa.
