Your order will be shipped from HongKong or China by post, normally it takes about 15~30 working days to deliver to your local post office, then you need to fetch it by yourself when you receive the collection note, sometime SAPO may failed to deliver the collection note, then buyer have to take initiative in follow up with SAPO, this is important otherwise if SAPO failed to deliver the collection note and nobody claim for the parcel for a month, they may send it back, then it will be your responsible to pay the reshipping cost.

Buyer is responsible for any possible customs tax, based on our information, parcel under R500 is free of charge (but we cannot guarantee), if any import tax imposed on a parcel, it should be about 10 ~ 20% tax rate. Sometime the customs process is more like random, some parcels are stopped and fees are imposed and some are not so we cannot tell the exact customs tax before it arrive SA.
