Original Philips Washable Slate Globe

Believed to be from the 1940s.
Still has (faded) original sticker - MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN.
Mounted on a square wooden base, rotates freely at an angle.
Has clearly been loved by generations of schoolkids - there are several dents in the globe that add to its charm.
Continents and islands are depicted in white against a blue slate background. No country borders or name labels.
