An amazing piece of history!! From the Register of Deeds Office of Cape Town this piece is a copy of 158 signatures of deed holders from 1711 to 1732 in Cape Town. Prominent family names such as De Beer, de Vos, Kotze, Odendaal, Wiese, van der Westhuizen, Klopper and de Waal feature. The printed piece measures 60cm x 47cm and the old frame measures 69cm x 45cm. An amazing rare piece and a wonderful find, act fast and bid now!!
Note the paper has yellowed due to its age and some foxing is evident. The old frame has some scuffing and dents. The glass also has an crack
