An amazing piece of history!! From the Register of Deeds Office of Cape Town this piece is a copy of 141 signatures of deed holders from 1756 to 1778 in Cape Town. Prominent family names such as Kleinhans, van Heerden, Oosthuizen, Eckard, Wiid, Vorster, Rabe and Brits feature. The printed piece measures 60cm x 47cm and the old frame measures 69cm x 45cm. An amazing rare piece and a wonderful find, act fast and bid now!!

Note the paper has yellowed due to its age and some foxing is evident. The old frame has some scuffing and dents. Note the glass has a crack left bottom
