It combines advantages of high voltage PMOS transistorswith high voltage bipolar transistors on a single monolithic chip. This BiMOSoperational amplifier has gate protected MOSFET (PMOS) transistors in inputcircuit to provide very high input impedance, very low input current and highspeed performance. The CA3140EZ is internally phase compensated to achievestable operation in unity gain follower operation.
