Specifically targeted for PWM motor control and UPSapplications, bridge based design is made simple and flexible with thehalf-bridge driver. With operation up to 80V, the device is best suited toapplications of moderate power levels. It has a flexible input protocol fordriving every possible switch combination except those which would cause ashoot-through condition. It reduced drive current allows smaller packaging andit has a much wider range of programmable dead times (0.1 to 4.5ms) making itideal for switching frequencies up to 200kHz.
