Having problems with your Nokia 6710 Navigator?
There's one particular problem that's fairly common amongst the Nokia 6710 Navigators.
Symptoms include;

Some people have "fixed" their phones by opening the phone and cutting the power cable to the zoom bar. Fair enough, they had no more trouble with the phone but they've voided the Nokia warranty by opening the phone themselves.

The Procedure:
- You first have to press Buy Now and place the order for the repair job.
- Select the method of shipment which we will use to send your phone back to you after we've fixed it.
- Pay the R39 + shipment cost
- Backup all the data on your phone, numbers, images etc.
- Pack the phone in bubble wrap or any other kind of sufficient wrapping.
- Post the phone (only the phone) to our workshop, the Post Office charges are R19 to send the phone any distance in S.A. (insurance available @ 2%). Our shipping cost includes the cost of more than sufficient packaging. You may use your own couriers instead or even personal drop-off if you are in the vicinity of Faerie Glen Pretoria.
- After we've received your phone, we sign and install the applications. (this usually takes 1 day)
- When we're done, we send the phone back to you via the shipping method you've selected and paid for.
- If we can not fix your phone, we will refund your money in full.

Why pay R35 for applications?
Nokia doesn't allow just any application to be installed on a Nokia phone, they require certificates and signatures on every application you install. We go through all the procedures of getting the applications signed to your phone's unique serial number. If these steps aren't taken, the applications will simply say "certificate error" and then we won't be able to fix the problem. Nokia will easily charge R130 for the basis fee, R350 fixed rate for the man-hours alone (including diagnostics), R250 for courier transport to and from Johannesburg's Vodaworld and R150 for the hardware. After which the phone starts with it's problems again.

- Your phone (no battery, no sim card and no back cover is needed)
- If you want the applications installed on the memory card instead of the phone memory, please include the memory card
