Ø Collection in person is not possible, so please don’t ask. This comes from my landlady for security purposes, so there’s nothing I can do about it. Questions regarding collection will be deleted & not answered.
Ø If your item needs to be ordered from my suppliers, please resist the urge to nag with me emails to check if it’s here – I promise I will email you the day it arrives! Unfortunately I have no control over postal systems or customs so I cannot make it get here any quicker.
Ø In very rare cases, a parcel is lost on route between my supplier & me. In this case, my supplier will resend the item, but this will cause a delay in delivery obviously. Again, this is out of my control.
Ø Prices are not negotiable – they are worked out according to what I buy the item for, the postage fees to get to me, what I assume custom fees will be, & bid or buy seller fees. If I drop any price, I won’t actually make any money off the sale.
Ø Postage cost is per item – please check with me if buying multiple items so that I can work out the postage for you.
Ø Door to door delivery is available, but if the item still needs to be ordered, this will not affect the delivery time to me – it will still take a few weeks to get here.
Ø Speed services is also available, but please note that I cannot get to the post office every day as I work as well, so if it’s a time sensitive order, please check with me first when I can get to the post office again.
