Charge Approach Usage:
- Plug DC power into charger, 4 indicators are light, LED is green(no battery).
- Put the battery into charger correctly with the button fastened.

- 4 indicators reflect 30%, 50%, 80%, 100% of volume respectively.
- When the 1st green LED is light, the battery voltage is 11V.
- When the 2nd green LED is light, the battery voltage is 12V.
- When the 3rd green LED is light, the charge current is less than 650mA.
