Here on auction we have a REPRODUCTION "REPRO" SA Army experimental pattern Giraffe camo Para Bn trialed 1980's SADF style short-brim bush-hat.

Size 59.

This item made from newly made (copied and made based on and from only exsting photographs for an as close as possibe repro result) cloth and then sewn in the typical SADF style short-brim boshoed.

This goraffe pattern is very vert scarce and was triialed in small quantities during the 1980's and afte rthe trials all the sets except one was burned under direct supervision of a full Col. One set was kept by him and later sold to a well known SA militaria dealer and collector which was sold on to a collecotr in France and is now believed to be in the USA.

Newly sewn, unused and ideal for re-enactment of just a great cap for the african bush!
