REPRODUCTION ITEM
Here on auction we have a NEWLY SEWN/ NEW BUILD REPRODUCTION "fantacy" camo trousers in an ex-homelands pre-1994 SA camo from the Kwandebele "army" camo.
This pair of REPRODUCTION trousers is styled (cut/ sewn) in a more modern pattern and does not resemble the older period issue uniforms EXCEPT of course by the camo pattern.
The trousers shown are a size 36 waist and have an elastic/adjustable waist and so may fit a little smaller and a little bigger!
Wide (modern & enough) belt loops accept a std 1 and 1/2 inch belt.
PLEASE note that these trousers are also sewn to accept insert knee-pads - see pic inside leg for opening. Draw-strings at the pants hem keep small sticks/ grass and creepy crawlies out! Re-inforced at the front thigh pocket for a pocket-knife storage. Buttons throughout (no velcro) - field-repairable! Double layer on knees and two rear "wallet" pockets on bum!
THEY have also been designed to easy be converted to smart cargo shorts by placing the 2 side leg pockets a little higher and slightly forward (should the new owner wish to have a pair of short pants rather!).
