If not satisfied with product, buyer is responsible for return post. NB! Please make sure you are buying the correct item!!! We usually do not accept returns if the item is as described and we don't refund shipping costs.
• INSURANCE is available at an additional 3% of order value - please put in buyers note if insurance is required and don't forget to add it to the shipping fees. Uninsured parcels are sent at buyer's own risk - seller will not be responsible for missing/damaged parcels!
• PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: PAYMENT TO BE MADE WITHIN 4 DAYS OR SNC WILL BE FILED. NB!! If paying via direct deposit/cash deposit, please ensure you do this via the atm. If you go in branch to deposit then you need to cover the bank charges (FNB is approx. R50). Please use order number or username as a reference when paying into our account. Please use the specific reference given when paying into Bidorbuy’s account (Bobpay eft) eg. 3NFSSS. PLEASE INFORM US WHEN PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
• COURIER: If choosing door delivery please provide PHYSICAL ADDRESS not P.O. Box address. Couriers do not deliver on weekends and the cut off for parcels is 12:00 noon!
• GENERAL SHIPPING INFO: Please allow 1-2 working days AFTER PAYMENT HAS CLEARED for items to be shipped (we do not work on weekends). An e-mail will be sent with tracking number and ETA after order has been shipped. Please contact us if you have any queries or concerns.
• We try to process orders as quickly as possible which means there may be a delay in communication if we are busy packing orders. S&H fee includes packaging, packaging material and petrol, not postage only. We do ship internationally. Please request quote for international shipping.
