Resistance Bands Set

Yellow (10 lbs), Blue (15 lbs), Green (20 lbs), Black (25 lbs), and Red adjustable resistance bands are available (30 lbs). All  exercise bands are 36" long and can be used alone or stacked to a maximum equivalent of 100 lbs.
Multifunctional and portable: Our resistance bands can be used for a variety of exercises, including toning your arms, shoulders, chest, glutes, and legs. They also come with a convenient travel pouch, so you can take them to the gym or the office.
