Respisense™ can be used anywhere baby may fall asleep - in a cot, on a picnic blanket or in grandmother's lap. Respisense™ can also easily be used in a hammock-style sleeper, where traditional monitors cannot work.
It is a small, neat unit that does not require the baby to be placed in the same cot like other products, or that requires extensive cables and bands around the baby like somehospital based equipment.
In the event that the monitor picks up that your baby has stopped breathing, it begins vibrating and also sounds a loud alarm. This stimluates the baby to start breathing and lets an adult know there is a potential problem. you can also easily see that everything is working correctly as there is a very bright LED lights that flashes regularly to show it is working, and this can easily be seen through your baby's clothes.
