This Nicholson belongs in a working environment.
It has a slightly heavier / thicker blade versus many other makes and feels great in the hand. It cuts very well as is - while the teeth are all good (no cows and calves) and are still reasonably sharp with some set, they do need some attention to get to top performance though.
The blade and handle are clean. There is a slight bow to the left (often caused by standing a saw on its toe when storing). The teeth are cut for rip sawing at 7 ppi.
Its size puts it into the hand saw category at 26 inches (blade), or approx. 66 cm. Buy it and use it you wont be sorry.
Condition of item indicated via photos - handle has minor cracks.
