16+1 round 9x22mm P.A.K double stack magazine for the RETAY MOD 92, cross-compatible w/ the BLOW F92 as well. The floorplate typically is clean w/ no underside stylization / emboss features.

The magazine strips down completely, similar to a firearm magazine - the circular deboss in the middle of the lopside of the floorplate, can be pushed up (against the tension of the magazine spring) and once sufficiently pushed, the floorplate can slide off. Just practice caution hereafter, as the spring will come shooting out if you don't prevent it from doing so.
All the components inside, can then be removed and tended to individually, with no obstruction.

TROUBLESHOOTING;

If you are finding that the magazine follower (the polymer part which acts as the cover of the magazine spring, that feeds your cartridges and that your first loaded / last cartridge is seated upon) is getting stuck inside the magazine well, then either (a) the magazine shell may be corroded inside and thus requires a spray-off w/ some multi-purpose lubricant, depending on the level of corrosion. Advanced corrosion may require bringing a brass-bristle brush in and scrubbing the rust down, though this is SELDOM ever necessary. (b) The other problem could be that your magazine follower, off of the blow-mould press, may have residue that wasn't nipped off properly in the factory back at Turkey - use a sharp utility blade or deburring knife to remove the skirting.

Other than that, there isn't much that can go wrong w/ your magazine, short of losing a component or bending the magazine shell. IF your MOD 92 / BLOW F92 is still experiencing feeding errors, then likely, the problem would be with the pistol, not the magazine.
