No licence or permit is required. Blank guns work, look and feel like usual guns, except that they shoot blanks or pepper rounds, they cannot shoot usual bullets. Retay Mod 92 is a semi-auto double-action replica blank pistol.

Pepper cartridges shoot at a range of 2m, effectively blinding your enemy for up to 30 minutes. The recommended option is to load 2 blanks to each pepper bullet. This allows you to shoot 2 warning shots and if the enemy doesnt back offshoot one pepper shot in the face. The blank gun looks and feels like a real 9mm gun. You load it the same but it has less recoil.
