Retro Midcentury modern Italian majolica tureens x2 Artichoke shaped

Offered for sale are a pair of ceramic/majolica tureens made by the Italian company Mancioli Mancer and dating to the 1960's. These are smallish items probably ideal for a single serving of rice, vegetables etc or a side serving. They are part of a set of 3, with a matching large tureen which is listed seperately (see last image which is of the bigger tureen ) The tureens are modelled to resemble French artichokes/Globe artichokes with the distinctive scale like petals and the handle of the lid resembling a stalk and leaf. The base has the manufacturers stamp in green Mancioli ITALY with a serial numbers probably the form/shape code.

 Dimensions of the smaller artichoke tureens is as follows : length 17cm ; width 10cm ; height including the lid and handle 11cm.
