This handbag is very fashion and popular, so I ordered a large quantity from manufacture in China this year, but I found a few of them have a difficult zip- not a broken zip, just difficult to open or close, I am sorry for this problem, but would like to put these problem ones as "Defective Promotion". I havn't time to fix them, but maybe you have!
