Text block clean and complete--all pages and plates present, with no highlighting, underlining or annotations. Foxing and age related toning throughout. A closed tear to bottom edge of p. 130. Owner inscription in ballpoint pen with signature in pencil on front free endpaper. Boards are sunned around edges and along the spine--although faded the title, author name and publisher in gold lettering still legible and intact. Small dampstain with a little scuffing to the top edge, hardly any edgewear besides. Small, light dampstains and tiny spot of black ink on  back cover.
