Below is the 3d Large Horizontal Smudge at 9:00 on the WVC, Position 23 stamp. The third image below shows the highlighted flaw in the West Value Circle (WVC).
Please note: There is a very small thin in the gum on the tips of the fourth to sixth perfs from the left on the top of the stamp.
