Sterling Silver - hallmarked (see pic) Central African Standard.  A beautiful piece, made be Precious MetalsWare commemorating Livingstone's "discovery" of Victoria Falls, with early important Rhodesian personalities in the Pioneer era on the rim.  Good condition, very minor tarnish
