Some terrorists did hand in their weapons, but a vast majority either misled security forces, which resulted in deaths on both sides or took no notice of the amnesty. - - Stickers issued to security forces to be displayed in vehicle cabs reminding drivers and their front passengers to use seat belts when travelling in the operational area. - All three documents original and not reproductions.
