This piece appears to be in a Fair state of preservation , with detailed Relief on  obverse. All insignia present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Material will display noted signs of repair and/or stitching. These pieces would have been worn with the Green or Camouflage Fielddress uniform. 

These Insignia pieces are ex-Mount , and are period correct regarding construction and overall appearance.
