RHODESIAN BUSH WAR: PATTERN 64 WATER-BOTTLE AND PATTERN 37 ALUMINIUM DIXIES

Pattern 64 Green Water-bottle/ Canteen and canvas carrierĀ  as used by Rhodesian Security Forces (Army & BSAP) during the Rhodesian Bush War (1964-1979). This piece has been fairly well preserved and appears to have been subject to normal usage during it's lifetime. The Pattern 64 Canteen with integral Drinking Cup was supplied by South African manufacturers in order to assist the Rhodesian War Effort. All Necessary Markings are present and visible on the canteen cup's underside. Good/fair, field-used condition, as pictured.

Pattern 37 style aluminum dixie set with folding handles as used by the Rhodesian Army throughout the Bush War. Manufactured by Kango and issued without any markings. See Dudley Wall's outstanding "INTAF" website. Very good, field-used condition, as pictured.

The ideal addition to any 1960s/ 1970s Rhodesian Bush War Militaria collection or display. Aimed at the enthusiast seeking a period piece for their collection.

INSPECT PICTURES CAREFULLY AS THEY FORM AN IMPORTANT PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.
