This kit/webbing belonged to a Rhodesian Army officer, commissioned into the Engineers. He also served as OC 12 Tp, 3Cdo RLI - on attachment, primarily on Fire Force Ops.
Returned to Engineers to Command his own Sqn and was “attached” to the SAS and Selous Scouts (when required – primarily for demolition work) between 1975 until 1980 when he retired, as a Major.
