This is a unique set of crockery "liberated" from the Rhodesian SAS Officer's Mess. All made by Willsgrove Ware Pottery of Rhodesia, each item bears the SAS wings and dagger. The set comprises five each: dinner plates, side plates, soup bowls, pudding bowls, cake plates, coffee cups and saucers as well as a cream jug, sugar bowl and gravy boat -- 38 items in all! Everything is in perfect condition, apart from the pudding bowls, which have glaze cracks inside the bowls, and the sugar bowl, which has a very fine hairline crack.
