A rare opportunity to purchase a set of 34 volumes of the first series of the Rhodesiana Reprint Library, which is also known as the "Gold Series". The volumes are facsimile re-productions of rare and out-of-print works on the pioneering and growth of Rhodesia.
The 34 volumes are the standard editions with cloth boards and many with decorative gilt on upper covers, titled gilt on spines. All volumes have pictorial dustjackets.
Overall condition: Good. The original boards with a DJ are shelf rubbed, and edge worn. The books were read and enjoyed but are still in good overall condition. Tanning/Browning of pages on some books but other books are clean without any markings or browning. Some of the book-blocks appear dusty but this hasnt spread to the book pages. The binding of all the books is excellent. Books are all covered with cellophane covers.
