The framed painting

DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
DESCRIPTION	A very striking, LARGE and beautiful original artwork by the inimitable United States artist ROBERT COX (1934 - 2001). Painted in oil in his typical Neo - Victorian style with flat background and embossed foreground of the roses, applied quite thickly by palette knife which makes them stand out three - dimensionally. It is said that a blind person can tell which flowers appear on a Robert Cox paintings by just touching them. The painting depicts a Victorian vase with pink and white roses. The whole painting with frame measures 720 x 1020 mm and the artwork alone measures 600 x 900 mm. The painting is still framed in it's original 1970 / 80s frame. The artist has signed it at bottom right and has not dated it - but it clearly dates from the 1970 - 80s which was the period in which this amazingly prolific artist produced most of his artworks. CONDITION	This artwork is in good condition and it can be hung as is.

A beautifully decorative and timeless painting of roses created by one of the best painters of still - life floral works (particularly roses) of all times. His works have been exhibited and sold in famous galleries and auction houses all over the world and are excellent investment items which will remain forever popular. If you like this artwork and do not bid on it at the low starting bid it is offered here, you will be doing so at your peril - because you will be losing out on a very beautiful item and a nice investment piece.
