ROBOTIC CORDLESS POOL CLEANER DOLPHIN EON 120d
The Maytronics Dolphin EON 120d Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner is designed for residential swimming pools up to 10 metres according to the supplied product specification.
It is a cordless robotic cleaner that cleans the floor, walls, waterline, steps and sun ledges with a minimum water depth of 20cm. This makes it suitable for many modern South African pool designs where normal cleaners may struggle with shallow ledges, pool benches, tanning ledges and steps.
The Dolphin EON 120d works independently from the pool pump and filtration system. It does not connect to the suction line and does not need a floating hose. Instead, it operates as a self-contained cordless robotic cleaner, helping reduce manual vacuuming and brushing.
The EON 120d uses SmartMap Navigation to tailor its movement according to the pool. Its cleaning coverage is supported by multiple cleaning modes, including Full Coverage, Floor Only, Waterline Only, UltraRun, UltraClean, SMART and Cove Mode. These modes allow the cleaner to be used for different cleaning needs, depending on whether the pool requires a full clean, a focused floor clean or extra attention around the waterline and cove areas.
One of the main differences between the Dolphin EON 120d and lower models in the EON range is the DebrisLock Backwash Filtration system. This filtration system is designed to capture ultra-fine particles while using backwash technology to compress debris, helping reduce filter cleaning frequency and support longer cordless cleaning routines.
The EON 120d also includes Maytronics One app control, allowing users to schedule cleaning, monitor status, monitor filter and temperature information and troubleshoot from a phone when the robot is out of the pool, according to the supplied product information.
