General Information:
Please check the shipping options available before bidding or buying an item. Please note that we are based in Johannesburg South for collections. Please note that due to the size and weight, some items are for collection only, and this will be the only shipping option available to select.
Items can only be collected or sent once payment is reflecting in our Bid or Buy account. Please allow 24-48 hours for this.
COD will be accepted. Please choose shipping option as collection and add a note that payment will be COD. Also please choose payment option as cash on collection when checking out.
Offers will only be accepted by serious buyers with positive ratings. The offer should also be reasonable. Note the discount to indicative market value. South African buyers only. We will NOT SHIP OUTSIDE of SOUTH AFRICA - so please do not order if you do not reside in RSA.
No items will be reserved without payment. A SNC, with a negative rating will be filed if payment is not received within 7 days of order placed/bid won. If you are unsure of shipping costs, please send me a message to confirm. Kindly note that we do not accept any liability for lost or damaged deliveries via the South African Post Office or Courier used.
Please note that shipping fees are based on postage, packing and handling fees. Shipping charges can be combined for multiple items on a single, same day order for CD’s, DVD’s, Vinyl’s and Books. Please enquire beforehand. Please ensure that you choose the correct shipping fee, as your item will not be sent until the difference is paid. If you are unsure on which shipping option to select, please contact me beforehand to avoid delays. Please do not alter the shipping charges!
Items sent via SAPO or Postnet will only be sent on Saturdays.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it must be returned within 7 days of purchase, in good order and condition and original packaging. We will only refund the winning bid/purchase price, and not the shipping fees. The item must also be returned at your own cost. Returns will only be accepted on new items, and not on secondhand items.
Postnet to Postnet Counter – max of 5kg – Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. Allow 1 extra day for outlying areas.
Postal Ordinary Parcel – max of 5kg - Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. Post Office strikes may affect this time period, and is unfortunately not within our control.
