Large early 1970s Clay Roemertopf no. 115 made by BAY-Keramik in West Germany, including recipe booklet.

Length 33 cm

Width 23 cm widest

Outer Depth c. 16,5 cm deepest

Inner Depth c. 15,9 cm deepest.

Condition: the Roemertopf is in perfect condition, but has been well used and loved (as per pictures).

There is wear to the 400 delicious recipe booklet, and two pages are loose, but no pages missing.

Food cooks in its natural juices, with no need for extra fat. Vitamins and nutrients remain intact.
