Condition: the book itself is in very good condition, internally clean with only one penned price scribbled onto the front free endpaper; very mild spotting in places, page edges spotted. The jacket is in very poor condition with the front panel being torn in half and spine in a very worn and creased state, the front flap has survived but is barely clinging on to the front cover, and the rear flap is in reasonably good condition still.

A good reading copy of this early title from John Gardner's resurrection of the Bond phenomenon.
