Camera ok,but has some issues,and needs a service

Shutter fires,aperture works well,shutter and aperture blades clean and oil free

Glass is clear,haze and fungus free,focus smooth,screen clear

The issues are,shutter speeds only fire on 1/500th,no matter what speed setting its on?Bulb works

The hood does not close properly,and needs work
