Unfortunately mistakes do happen and if you are unhappy with your purchase, please chat to me first before rating my service either a Neutral or Negative. Payment
• Please could you make payment within 7 days of the auction closing.
• Please make arrangements with the seller if you require a longer time to pay.
• Lay buys are gladly accept with a minimal deposit to secure. Please arrange with seller prior to bidding.
• Payment can be made via Bob Pay , EFT or Cash Deposit. Banking details will be sent on request.
• Please add R16.50 for any cash deposits as this is a fee that the bank and BOB charges.
• Multiple items will be gladly combined to save postage cost.
Postage
• All items that are sent will be securely wrapped in bubble wrap and padding. This will ensure that you receive the item in its original condition.
• SAPO calculates postage based on the with ,height and breadth and finally weight of the individual parcel.
• All items will be dispatched within 1 day or 2 days of receiving cleared payment.
• Items can be insured which is 3% of the value.
• All customers will be sent with a tracking number as parcels will be sent via Econo-mail or ordinary mail with SAPO
• Cost of postage
• Small parcels – R23.
• Medium Parcels – R40.
• Large Parcels – R60 or more based on the dimensions above.
• DHL and Speed services is available
International Purchases
• Items will be gladly posted to countries outside the border of South Africa.
• Please contact seller should you want an item to be sent overseas.
• Postage will only be determined once the item has been packed and weight by SAPO.
• Paypal can be used to make payment.
• No insurance is available to some countries. This is a SAPO rule. Please contact seller for more details on your particular country. All customs fees will be incurred by the buyer.

• All items will be padded to the best of my ability however the seller cannot assume responsibility for the item once in transit.
