Humanity has survived the collapse of civilisation, years of bloody conflict and a desperate struggle for dwindling resources. Just as the surviving factions begin attempting peace, a forgotten force returns from Mars with a chilling demand: surrender or face annihilation.
In RONE: Invasion, you take command of a faction fighting for humanity's survival in a strategic post-apocalyptic game that combines deck building with physical dice crafting.
You begin with a starter deck and gradually strengthen it by recruiting and training new cards. Soldiers, battle machines, hybrids, mutants and technologies give you new abilities and tactical options as your deck develops throughout the game.
The dice evolve too. Each player begins with four customisable dice fitted with removable coloured screws. As you improve them, you can replace screws and change the resources their faces generate. Roll the dice each turn, collect resources matching the coloured screws and use those resources to play cards and fuel your strategy.
RONE: Invasion offers three distinct ways to play. In Cooperative Mode, players work together against Celesta and the invading forces through a campaign structure. Solo play uses the same core cooperative system for a single player, while Competitive Mode turns the game into a direct one-on-one battle.
Build a stronger deck, craft more effective dice and decide how best to use every resource because in this wasteland, survival belongs to those who adapt.
