ROOT/BASE CHAKRA BRACELET

Garnet serves to balance the physical, spiritual and nervous system. It increases the senses as well as improves our vitality and stamina. It is also very good for business as it brings about success. Statues of Isis, the Egyptian goddess of nature, often included garnets in her ceremonial belt representing her blood and her power. It furthermore has attributes of devotion and is strongly associated with balancing of the sex drive and emotional disharmony. Garnet is known as the 'stone of commitment' which means to purpose, to others and to one self.
Haematite is a stone of healing, grounding, meditation, stabilisation and protection. It serves to enhance the memory and stimulates deep thought. It is for this reason that it is known as the ‘stone for the mind’, helping to sort out troubling issues on one’s mind. It is also a good stone to increase confidence and gets rid of self limiting concepts and enables one to reach one’s full potential.
