Rosenthal, Bavaria established in 1880 is still producing high quality porcelain.

I am selling a collection which was acquired in 1925.

This set is the Barock Continental with blue flower (transferware) on the ribbed basket weave design. It was produced between 1921 and 1929.

Beautiful quality glaze with minimal wear, no crazing though there is a small surface chip on the rim (see photo) and there is slight wear to the blue rim.

This auction is a large oval serving platter.

Size 32cm x 23.5cm

Note chip at 7 o'clock lower left

and slight wear to the blue rim.
