Description 

Simply pop a small ball of dough into the centre of the press, and push the top part down to create perfectly even, flat tortillas ready for frying

Can also be used to make Rotis.

Note: the press is designed to make tortillas, which are thin, flexible flatbread. If you'd like to make your bread super thin, you might have to whip out the rolling pin. Dough bouncing back? Leave it to rise in a warm place to let the glutens relax, and try pressing again in ten minutes.
