If the item is powered, a transformer will be needed if the item lists as 110V only. If the item lists as 110-220V - only a simple adapter is needed. If you are unsure please check with us/the manufacturer before placing your order.
Once your order has been processed, we will confirm the order and send you our banking details. Once paymant has been received, we will process your order accordingly. We will keep you updated during the process, and advise you each step of the way (Once the order has been confirmed, arrived at USA office, arrived at SA Customs, arrived at SA offices and despatched to customer with tracking details). Pricing displayed includes all customs charges (VAT/DUTIES/PORT HEALTH etc), insurance and international shipping - there are no surprises or any extra costs when the item arrives in the country. We use a door to door courier for all our deliveries and do not use the Post Office.
As all orders are placed as a special request, orders cannot be cancelled/returned once the order has been placed and confirmed. All items come with the standard warranty issued by the manufacturer in the USA. If a warranty claim needs to be submitted, the item would need to be returned to the USA. The authorized SA distributor of our products are under no obligation to honour the manufacturer's warranties or to provide after sales service.
